EASY STEPS TO ADD YOUR PROPERTY

REGISTER NOW – Complete the simple online registration form. Once you Send Registration an e mail will be sent immediately to your e mail account you provided. (Please note some e mail providers may initially direct this e mail to your bulk or spam folder so please check all folders). In the e mail you receive please click the link provided in order to activate your account with VRPDirect which will direct you to the Homepage.

In the MEMBERS AREA log in using your account details you provided. You can now start to add your property in the OWNERS AREA by simply selecting ADD PROPERTY.

First Heading – Properties – Property Title (this will be the heading to the main property advert i.e 5 Bed Luxury House, DreamVilla). Property Type i.e. Apartment, Villa etc. Then enter the and Town/City,  County/StateCountry. Price - the price field should read eg, 125000.00  (one hundred and twenty five thousand). 

Property Description – you need to  enter a full description of your property with all its major selling points, location to town, shops, schools etc.  The Notes field is solely for the Property Owners use as this is not shown on the Property Advert. This feature can be used as a diary or notepad where you can list any important information, i.e Viewing Appointments, customer feedback etc.  Continue to next stage

Extra Infos checking all boxes where appropriate. 

Click Save and Upload Photos. Please give your photo a title i.e Lounge, Kitchen, Garden etc and a brief description i.e. main bedroom, open plan lounge.  Locate your photos and upload. You can upload a maximum of 5 photos for free, for any additional photos there is a small fee.  When you have finished uploading all  photos go to the next stage.

Publishing. In the first box change from unpublished to published. The created date will be the date that you add your property. Start publishing - you can set this date to a date of  your choice, if you wish to start publishing immediately then leave the pre set date but if you wish to delay for a week or so then change the dates manually  by selecting the button at the right hand side of the date field. Finish publishing needs to be changed to a date 1 year from the start publishing date. 

Please feel free to use the Meta Description box - this is just a brief description of your property using words such as Five Bedroom Villa in Costa Del Sol Spain, or Florida Villa close  to Disney.  The Metadata Keywords - here you can include words that you have in your property advert such as USA, Villa, Florida, Disney, Orlando, Theme Parks etc. These words will help search engines locate your property. Once completed click  the save button.

You have now successfully added your property to VRPDirect.
