EASY STEPS TO ADD YOUR PROPERTY

REGISTER NOW – Complete the simple online registration form. Once you Send Registration an e-mail will be sent immediately to the e-mail account you provided. (Please note some e-mail providers may initially direct this e-mail to your bulk or spam folder so please check all folders). Before you register you may wish to add This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to your e-mail address book to avoid any delays in receiving any future correspondence. In the e- mail you receive please click the link provided in order to activate your account with VRPDirect, you will then be directed to the Homepage.

We recommend before adding your property that you prepare your property description and have together all relevant information i.e. the location of your photos you plan on using and a carefully thought out description of your property details.

Once on the Homepage go to the Members Area and log in using the account details you provided. You can now start to add your property in the Owners Area by simply selecting ADD PROPERTY.  NB If you are using AOL you may not be able to access all areas of this site and we recommend you use Internet Explorer.

Property   Advert Title - this will be the heading to the main property advert i.e 5 Bed Luxury House, Dream Villa etc). Complete the remaining fields making sure you enter the Country, City/Town and Property Type.  Property Description Box - this needs to be a description of your property in as much detail as possible expressing all the major key points of your home. (You can select Click to Edit Facilities which will take you to the next stage) or you can continue with the Notes below. This section is solely for your use and not shown on your property advert, this feature can be used as a notebook or diary to store any important information regarding your property such as works being undertaken, special requests by guests etc. (Select Click to Edit facilities to proceed to next stage).    

Photos - You can provide a title of your photo eg. Lounge, together with a brief description. Locate your photo from your PC using the browse button (we recommend landscaped style photos as they appear better on the page). Click Upload Photo. You may upload 5 photos for free (additional photos can be uploaded for a small fee). Select next tab.

Availability – This feature is where you need to indicate the dates you have available and booked and when the change over dates are. To use this facilitiy you need to click on the month and using the drop boxes next to each day select the relevant colour code for each date.  Please make sure that you keep this calendar up to date

Rates – You can select here the seasonal rates of your property. Using the calendar fields adjacent to the boxes to select a start date and end date, entering the price for that period and selecting your currency in Euros, Pounds Sterling or US Dollars. Click on the green tick and you will see that this period is displayed above enabling you to add further rate periods. When you have finished entering your rates click on the save button towards the top of the page. Your property has now been successfully saved.
