First of all I would like to congratulate you on what looks like a very interesting site, you seem to have a few different methods of attracting new clients and wish you all the luck, I simply love the idea of bidaweek and think it will really take off. I will certainly be taking advantage of your free offer.

I actually own 2 properties 1 of which is in France the other in Florida and have been advertising on 4 different sites now for almost 3 years but in January I need to renew my subscription on 2 of the sites, but was wondering if your free offer is for 1 property only or can I add both using the same registration ID.

Could you also please tell me when I can list my property as I had a slight problem once I began entering my property details it seemed as if a section was missing?

Thank you for your email, along with the support and encouragement you give for our new website.

Bid-a-Week being one of our many new features and yes, we agree, this should be a winner. Besides yourselves we have had a fantastic response from many owners telling us this is just what they needed to fill their slow weeks.

During our free launch period you can add as many properties owned by yourselves to our site using your same login details. Once logged in, go to members’ area and add your property. Although our site is actually live we are still making adjustments and adding text etc.  However you should now be able to add your property and we hope that within the next week everything should be completed and any glitches ironed out.

Our aim is to launch our site by the end of January 2007 with a national advertising campaign and will continue throughout the year in just about any country that needs more promoting.

Good evening,

I was given your site details from a friend of mine that told me to take a look as he was very impressed with the way you have created many new features and I must say also agree,

The last minute bookings idea is very different and can’t wait to give it a try, can this feature be used as many times through out the year as I wish! And is this also free throughout the year!

I own a property in Spain and also the UK but at this time finding it very difficult to achieve much more than 10 weeks bookings in Spain mainly end of July August and September but in the UK (Brighton) which is a 2 bed apartment on the front only achieve Long term lettings ie.6-12 month periods.

I have now registered on your site but don’t appear to be able to go any further is there something I am doing wrong as I am extremely keen to give your website a try? Although I have tried several others but have had little response so fingers crossed this time.

Thank you for your email.

Where do I begin? First of all you did not say who or where your friend found our website as we have not officially launched yet, but never the less very pleased you were both very impressed with what you have seen so far, we still have several features to be added making it even more impressive.

Our Bid-A-Week section is free for a single rental period and can be used as often as you wish through out the year , you can of course read more on the Bid-A-Week functions by going to the site and clicking on more info to the top right hand side and pricing can be found under the heading Information and then Advertise Your Property.

You say you have not had much luck with receiving booking in the past from other websites, well the only advice we can give is to take a look at your prices or maybe the photos that you are displaying on the other rental websites, alternatively are the rental properties in need of any modernization. As a general rule of thumb Internet based property listing websites tend to be the most cost effective way to achieve many enquiries but as you are aware turning these into bookings is or can be very time consuming and need to be responded to quickly.

Finally with regards to not being able to go any further after Registration did you check to see if you received a verification email from us which is sent out immediately, you may also want to check your junk or bulk mail as sometimes depending on your email provider this can be placed in one of these folders. You can then click on the link which will activate your account/membership this will take you to the Members area where you can add a new property.

What a Fantastic looking site you have did I understand correctly that if we want to sell our home we can also advertise this for free until it is sold while you are launching your site but would we need to advertise it on the rental page or do you have another site.

Hello Jan,

Thank you for your very encouraging email, yes you did understand correctly we are a totally free website for the duration of our launch. Our sales site (www.vrpdirectresales.com) is also free during our launch where you can advertise your property now until sold. Once you have registered on either site your details will remain in our database and can then be used to list your rental or resale in the members’ area. We are also currently well underway on designing our next site and plan on a further 3 before the end of the year 2007, we will of course add all our members to each and every new site as they are launched giving much more free exposure leading to many more enquiries. We intend to make each new site very different from the previous.

I hope the information given to you can also be passed on to your fellow owners.

I saw your advertisement in my daily newspaper yesterday and thought I would just take a quick look at your new website, after spending almost an hour looking around and missing my favorite programs on TV was very impressed with lots of the different ideas and functions.
